These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of all services provided by OpenStream TV, including but not limited to streaming access, video-on-demand content, IPTV connectivity, applications, and support. Please read these Terms carefully before using any of our services. By accessing our website or purchasing a subscription, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any section herein, you may not use the service.

1. Service Overview
OpenStream TV is a premium IPTV streaming provider offering access to a wide range of live TV channels, on-demand movies, series, documentaries, music content, and international entertainment. Our services are accessible globally and are designed to work seamlessly on Smart TVs, Android Boxes, smartphones, tablets, desktops, and other compatible devices.
We provide access to IPTV content through M3U links and Xtream Codes API, which can be used on third-party applications like IPTV Smarters Pro, XCIPTV, TiviMate, GSE IPTV, and more. OpenStream TV does not host any media content or copyright-protected assets on its own servers but acts as a content aggregator/reseller. Our goal is to deliver uninterrupted, high-quality digital streaming experiences with minimal setup and maximum user flexibility.
Our platform supports streaming in Full HD and 4K resolutions, depending on the content provider and the user's internet speed. With over 17,000 live channels and more than 23,000 movies and series, our extensive content library covers categories including sports, news, kids, lifestyle, documentaries, movies, and religious channels.
2. Account Registration & Access
To subscribe to OpenStream TV, users must create a valid account and provide accurate, complete, and updated personal and payment information. When registering, users agree to provide only truthful information, including a valid email address and phone number, to facilitate communication and service delivery.
Only users aged 18 years or older are permitted to register for and use our services. Upon registration and payment confirmation, you will receive your IPTV credentials via email or WhatsApp within 5 to 30 minutes. These credentials include your login (Xtream Code or M3U URL) and instructions for setup on supported devices.
Each subscription is designed for individual or household use. You may not share your login credentials with individuals outside your household or stream from more connections than your plan allows. If unusual activity or connection misuse is detected, we reserve the right to limit, suspend, or terminate your access.
OpenStream TV accounts are not transferable. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials. Any unauthorized use must be reported to us immediately. We reserve the right to deny access or deactivate accounts that violate our usage policies or engage in suspicious activity.
3. Plans, Payments & Refunds
OpenStream TV offers the following subscription plans:

1 Month Plan – R250: 1 connection

3 Month Plan – R500: 1 connection

6 Month Plan – R850: 1 connection

12 Month Plan – R1,600: 2 simultaneous connections
All plans are prepaid and non-renewing unless the user opts to manually extend the service. Users are notified before expiration so they may renew if desired. Subscriptions grant full access to live TV channels, VOD content, series, EPG guides, and all service features.
All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and may be subject to change with prior notice. Payments must be made via accepted methods listed on our website (e.g., EFT, PayFast, crypto, etc.). Once payment is received, the subscription will be activated, and login details delivered within 30 minutes or less.
Refund Policy:
We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee for all subscription plans. If you are dissatisfied with the service for any reason within 14 days of purchase, you may request a full refund. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days. Requests made after the 14-day window may not be honored.
In the event of technical errors or service issues on our end, users are encouraged to contact support for assistance. We are committed to resolving access problems swiftly and issuing credits where applicable.
4. Usage & Device Policy
Each OpenStream TV plan allows a specific number of simultaneous active streams. Attempting to use more than the allowed connections at once will trigger an automatic block or temporary suspension of the account.

12 Month Plan: Allows 2 active connections
You may install your IPTV credentials on multiple devices, but only the permitted number of devices may stream simultaneously. Using VPNs, account sharing outside the household, or automated streaming tools may lead to service restrictions.

We do not provide IPTV applications. You must download and install a compatible third-party app to stream using your credentials. Our team provides setup instructions and support upon subscription.
5. Content Availability & Streaming Quality
We aim to provide access to the widest selection of channels and VOD content globally. While we do our best to ensure 24/7 uptime, content availability may vary based on regional licensing agreements, technical limitations, or third-party service interruptions.
Streaming quality depends on multiple factors, including user bandwidth, device performance, app optimization, and server traffic. To enjoy consistent streaming in Full HD or 4K, we recommend a minimum internet speed of 10 Mbps.
We update our content playlists daily, including VOD categories and EPGs. If you experience missing channels or broken links, please report them to our support team.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to any specific channel or movie at all times. OpenStream TV is not liable for content removed or restricted by upstream providers or networks.
6. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities
You agree to use OpenStream TV for lawful purposes only. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

Sharing login credentials with unauthorized users

Using the service for commercial resale or public broadcasts

Modifying or hacking IPTV apps to bypass connection limits

Using VPNs to spoof regions and abuse content access

Attempting to reverse engineer or extract channel URLs

Harassing support staff or spamming the system
Accounts found in violation may be immediately terminated with no refund. We reserve the right to investigate suspected misuse and to block devices or IPs that show abusive patterns.
7. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability
OpenStream TV is not affiliated with any of the content providers whose material is made accessible through our IPTV service. We act solely as an intermediary and are not responsible for the legality, accuracy, or copyright status of the content.
We do not warrant that the service will be error-free or continuously available. Interruptions may occur due to maintenance, internet provider issues, or external interference. We are not responsible for third-party app performance, user network issues, or hardware malfunctions.
In no event shall OpenStream TV, its owners, affiliates, or staff be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service. Maximum liability is limited to the subscription amount paid.
8. Changes to Terms & Contact Information
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.
Any continued use of the service after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
